How to return your order

Are you missing answers to some questions?

How long do I have to return my package?

• You have 14 days after you have (received) your package to return it to us.
  

How long will it take before I get my money back?

• After we have received the order, we check it for any damage, errors, etc. If it is as you received it, then your money will be refunded
  
  You will receive an email from us when we receive and return the money - and then it will take up to 2-4 banking days before you have it in your account again. (unfortunately we cannot speed up this process as it is bank to bank)

How do I return the package?

• You click on the link above, fill in all the information, pack your order well and hand it in at your nearest POSTNORD parcel shop.
  With the POSTNORD QR code, you save all unnecessary labels away

• The QR code that you received via SMS/e-mail. (The QR code will also be in the PostNord app) Then you choose a post office where you can print the package label and send the package back. In this way, only the labels that are actually to be used are printed.
  

For what reasons can I return my order?

• You must return your order no matter what.

Can I exchange for another style?

• If you want to exchange for another size, we offer the service that you can return the item(s) at our shipping price (40,-) - and then we will send a new package at our expense ...

ATTENTION - IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU CHOOSE EXCHANGE, DURING A RETURN, AND ATTACH A CLEAR NOTE IN THE PACKAGE WITH WHAT YOU WANT.

-Refunds-
When your return item has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your item is approved, your refund will be processed and the amount will automatically be refunded to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then you can try to contact your bank. There is often a certain processing time before a refund is published. (and unfortunately it is not something we can control/accelerate)
