WHICH SIZE SHOULD I CHOOSE?

As a general rule, we recommend you choose the size you normally wear (also in baby tees)
Pulling out your favorite styles and comparing measurements on our size guide should help you decide!

I RECEIVED A WRONG SIZE BABY TEE

You have 99.9% received the right size! 👍🏻 Baby tees ARE (as the name might reveal) children's tees! However, in American children's sizes - and intended for adults! That is they fit tighter and shorter than our regular unisex tees! We have measured them and assessed what corresponds to an adult XS

XS = 104 / 3-4 years*
S = 116 / 5-6 years*
M = 128 / 7-8 years*
L = 140 / 9-11 years*
XL = 152 / 12-13 years*

*You can NOT assume from the children's size numbers on the neck - a 14-year-old will, for example, drown in L - but XS/S are 👍🏻

Have you checked that the items you have in the basket are not already discounted? This is most often the reason why your discount code does not work

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO EXCHANGE?

You have 14 days from when you receive your order to return or exchange your order.

Flg: conditions must be met:

  • You must send the product back as you received it (incl. free stuff, otherwise we will offset)
  • You must not have used the product, washed it, or made it dirty

Habitat has created a universal sizing system that aims to provide a unique reference for all countries. You can easily spot the best size for you by referring to our Size Guide that provides a conversion table to all major country size systems.

The Size Guide is conveniently available on the page of each product.

Habitat accepts the following payment methods for online purchases:

• All major credit cards, as shown at checkout

• PayPal: if you do not have an account yet, you can create one while shopping with us

• Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay

Please note that your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement.

DELIVERY

HOW FAST DO YOU DELIVER?
  • We usually send your package within 1-3 working days, you will receive an SMS and email with tracking when your order is ready.
  • Pre-orders are, however, an exception - and if you have a pre-order for your order, you must expect everything to be sent together
  • Orders made at the weekend, holidays & holidays are sent out on Monday..
  • You will receive tracking when the order has been shipped. (and the money is only withdrawn when your order has been sent!)


WHAT DOES PRE-ORDER MEAN..?

Pre-order = advance order

When you ordered the item, it was clearly stated which week we aim to be able to deliver the item to you - that is , as soon as it is in stock with us again!

If the specified week is exceeded, you will be continuously notified.

You must pay attention to if you have several styles in your order, then your order will be sent together, your pre-order has landed here! Of course, we do not withdraw the money from your account until the goods have been sent!

KAN JEG AFHENTE PÅ JERES LAGER....?

We will deliver products to you as soon as reasonably possible. Orders are usually dispatched between 1-3 days from the date of the order being placed. Please contact our customer service team if your delivery has not been received within the dates described.

SENDER I TIL ANDRE LANDE?

We do not currently offer free returns to overseas customers. You will therefore need to cover all costs of returning any items to us yourself. We advise that you mark your package 'returned goods' to avoid further duties. Remember: We strongly recommend that you return any items via a registered trackable service and obtain and retain proof of posting as we do not accept responsibility for items that fail to arrive with us.

YES! You can always exchange a mystery style - even if it is part of a box!

You have 14 days from when you receive your order to return or exchange your order.

YES! You can always return / exchange goods bought from us.. if it is part of a mystery package, you will be credited for what you bought it for in the package..
