Payment
Din Shop ApS accepts online payments with Dankort, Visa/Dankort, MobilePay Online, Apple Pay, etc.
Payment will only be charged to your account when the physical item is shipped or the virtual product is created, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
All amounts on the website include VAT.
The website uses the following currencies for pricing:

Din Vintage Shop uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information using the SSL protocol, which means your data is secure and cannot be read by outsiders.
Delivery
The delivery time for your order is normally 1–3 business days, except during particularly busy periods....
Right of cancellation & Cancellation
There is a 14-day full right of return on items purchased on the website, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
The 14-day period begins on the day the order is delivered.
You are responsible for any return costs.
You must notify us of your wish to cancel no later than 14 days after delivery (via our online returns portal) - and we must receive the item no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your exercise of the right to cancel.

Condition of the item upon return
You are liable for any reduction in the item's value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the item's nature, characteristics, and function. This means that you may try the item in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store & the item must still be saleable.
If the item has been tried beyond what is described above, it is considered used and of reduced value. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will receive only part or none of the purchase amount back. Din Vintage Shop will assess the condition of the item.
Right to make a claim
Products are covered by a 2-year right to make a claim in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. The right to make a claim applies to all defects in materials and workmanship.
Claims regarding defects and deficiencies must be reported to Din Vintage Shop at kontakt@dinvintageshop.dk (including pictures & a description of the defect). This must be done within a reasonable time after receiving the item. Here, a maximum of two months is considered reasonable, unless otherwise agreed. We refund reasonable shipping costs.
The right to make a claim lapses in the event of incorrect or unusual use of the product.
Din Vintage Shop covers reasonable return costs.

Complaints are not accepted if sent cash on delivery or to a parcel shop.
Customer & Privacy Policy
We do not resell personal information or disclose your personal information to others; it is only registered in our customer database. You can have your information deleted at any time.
