CUSTOMER SERVICE

Are you the type of person who loves helping customers – and doing it properly?
Can you write an email and take a call without losing track of things?

At DinVintageShop we are looking for a strong customer service profile who has a good command of communication and can be our voice to the outside world. You will have responsibility, freedom and the opportunity to make your mark on how we do things.

You will become a central part of the team and have a direct impact on the customer experience - every day.

Your tasks:

Respond to customers via email and phone
Handle complaints and find solutions (not standard answers)
Ensure that our customer service is consistent, helpful and professional
Optimize workflows together with the e-commerce team
Write and update FAQ and help content for the webshop

We think you:

have experience with customer service (e-commerce or retail is a plus)
communicates clearly, properly and humanly – in Danish and English
takes responsibility and can work independently
is digitally strong and confident in IT systems
keeps a cool head, even when busy

INTERNSHIP

Are you ready to put theory into practice – and gain insight into how fashion and marketing merge into a vibrant, fast-paced company?

We are always looking for a creative intern who wants to try their hand at real tasks, real responsibility and real laughter - in a team where ideas are always welcome.

For example, help us with:

Newsletters and email flows (yes, we use Klaviyo)
Video for TikTok and reels for Insta – editing and vibes
Graphics for campaigns, sites and stories
SEO and blog content that actually gets read
Product creation and small tweaks on the webshop
Sparring on collections, content and visual expression
