Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we are unfortunately unable to offer you a refund.
We will only replace your items with a refund if they are defective or damaged. We can not offer to send a new item to you, as the products are not in stock and are in limited quantities.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returning item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your item is approved, your refund will be processed and the amount will be automatically refunded to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Then you can try contacting your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is announced.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
